Product Specialist / Customer Support
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for L1 customer support.
- Manage reported bugs by gathering details, clarifying issues, and documenting them in Jira.
- Attempt to resolve reported issues; escalate complex cases to the development team as L3 support.
- Collect and analyze data to support issue resolution and product improvement.
- Ensure clear and timely communication with customers throughout the support process.
- Coordinate and manage product deliveries to customers, including new releases.
- Prepare and distribute relevant documentation with product updates.
- Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution and maintain satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product stability and functionality.
- Develop user guides and training materials to enhance customer understanding and product usage.

Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Contract management, evidence and providing of all legal documents related to the company
- Management of relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products and services
- Coordination of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings – prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed

Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Data Collection and Analysis: Responsible for collecting and processing data from various sources on a regular and ad hoc basis. Creating complex financial analysis, reports and forecasts.
- Financial Modeling: Developing and evaluating financial models and forecasts with an emphasis on assessing efficiency and return on investment.
- Analyzing financial statements and tools: the main work involves analyzing financial statements such as income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Cashflow and optimization: analysis of the company’s cashflow and suggestions for improving financial efficiency. Identification and implementation of optimization measures.
- Project/Product Evaluation: Evaluation of projects, products, companies and markets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Recommendation development: Interpretation of analysis results and presentation to management, together with preparation of recommendations and proposals for strategic decisions.
- Budgets and Financial Plans:Â Budget monitoring, variance analysis and reporting.
- Working closely with the economic, commercial and IT departments, supporting other teams in financial analysis and decision making.
